Pickups & Returns
- By purchasing an item online, you agree to pick up your item within three business days of completing your purchase from the physical ReStore location from which the item was sold. Our business hours are from 10 am - 4:30 pm, Tuesdays - Saturdays. Our dock hours are 10 am - 3:30 pm daily.

- On the third and final day of that pickup timeline, our team will contact you by phone. If no arrangement can be made, the item will be returned to the sales floor, and you must contact us to issue a refund within 30 days (please see the Return Policy below for details).
- Returns can be made up to 30 days after purchase only at the store where the item was originally purchased. All online sales returns must go through the ReStore location from which the item was purchased.
- Returns made within 14 days will be credited in the same manner in which items were purchased (cash, credit, debit up to $250).
- Returns made after 14 days will receive store credit.
- Large appliances can be returned up to 30 days for a full refund in the form of payment received.
