Pickups & Returns
- By purchasing an item online, you agree to pick up your item within three business days of completing your purchase from the Littleton ReStore location. Our business hours are from 10 am - 6 pm, Tuesdays - Saturdays. Our dock hours are 10 am - 5:30 pm Tuesdays - Saturdays.
- On the third and final day of that pickup timeline, our team will contact you by phone. If no arrangement can be made, the item will be returned to the sales floor, and you must contact us to issue a refund within 14 days (please see the Return Policy below for details).
- Receipt must be presented at the time of the return.
- Returns can be made ONLY at the store where the item was originally purchased.
- All online sales returns must go through the ReStore location from which the item was purchased.
- Don't love your purchase? No problem!
- Appliances and other mechanical/electrical items must be returned within 14 business days of purchase.
- All other items must be returned within 7 business days.
- All sales are final outside of the above return windows, and are NOT eligible for store credit/exchange, etc.
- Cash returns over $250 will be refunded in the form of a mailed check which may take up to 6 weeks to arrive.
- All other returns will be refunded to the original form of payment.
- HFHMD Restores cannot provide refunds for purchases of donated paint due to local regulations.
- All sales of donated paint, therefore, are FINAL.
- Please be aware that HFHMD will cover the return shipping cost for orders placed online, but the original shipping fees will not be refunded.
- Items to be returned must be in the same condition in which they were purchased.
- The refund may take more than a week to show in your account depending upon your payment provider.
